One of employee (female) from my company resigned without serving 2 months notice period and still not submitted company laptop 5 months after resignation. We had sent mails & notice from HR Dept. & one legal notice from Legal Depart. for the same. As per our employment letter, every employee should not carry with her/his any device, equipment of company(such as laptop, etc.) after resignation. Kindly suggest legal action to recover company laptop from the employee which contain our confidential information.
