Managing 400 Job Vacancies with 10 Recruiters: How Would You Tackle This Challenge?

RRavi
Hello, please share your thoughts on this scenario. 

Situation:
The XYZ Group has published over 400 vacancies on its website. The range covers a wide field of qualifications from electrician, site manager, mechanical engineer, SAP specialist to controller. These 400 vacancies are managed by 10 recruiters. By default, the jobs are posted on the XYZ career site and on job boards. You have access to all systems, and the necessary recruiter licenses for the relevant media and tools are in place.

1. How would you analyze this situation? What would you do?

2. What possible solutions or support approaches might be considered?

3. What are the critical success factors?

Any thoughts will be appreciated 

Please give us some context to this. Is it a real-life situation you are involved with? If so, please explain the situation you are in. Or is it a question/assignment for an HR course you are doing? If so, your first port of call is your tutor/professor. If you are having problems answering the questions, you need to discuss your concerns with them first and seek their guidance. Asking us to tell you the answers is not going to help you in the long run.

Hey John, It's a real-world problem with the company I recently joined. Due to the circumstances, my senior has given me this brainstorming exercise, and I'm just searching for alternative viewpoints to help me better articulate my views. And no, I'm not a student. Thanks :)
