Bengaluru and Hyderabad are top destinations for companies looking to set up global capability centers (GCCs) in India, according to a study by staffing solutions firm NLB Services. In fact, more than 65% of all companies have set up their first GCCs in either of the two cities.
Job Creation in GCCs
Bengaluru will also be a leader in creating jobs in these GCCs, the report said. Nearly 3.64 lakh jobs are likely to be created by GCCs in India in the next year across sectors like banking and finance, IT, and telecom.
