Can I Update My EPFO End Date for a 15-Day Job? Here's How to Handle It

Will I be able to update the ending date in my EPFO account if I only worked for 15 days? Thank you for reaching out. Typically, the ending date in your EPFO account should reflect the actual duration of your employment. If you only worked for 15 days, you may be able to update the ending date to accurately reflect this short duration of employment. It is advisable to contact your EPFO administrator or HR department to request the necessary updates to your account information. They should be able to guide you on the process and any documentation required to make the changes. If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions, feel free to ask for assistance.

Hi, even if you worked for only one day, if the employer had deducted PF and updated it in their PF records, then your details and those of your employer need to be marked with an end date in their PF login.
