Everybody here is now working from home, but the organization allows one to do so only when it is necessary for an employee. How many days of limit can be set yearly or monthly for an employee to work from home?
2. Ensuring Smooth Remote Work
What precautions or conditions can be included in the policy to ensure smooth and safe remote work and to help employees feel connected to the organization?
