Under EPFO, Form-11 (Revised) is a self-declaration by the employee, based on which the employer will decide the status of the employee under EPFO—whether they are an excluded employee or should be covered under EPFO. If covered under EPFO, it determines the status of EPS deduction. All Form-11 documents must be properly maintained by the employer, and in case of any dispute, they should be referred to as a document.
Current System for EPFO Approval
As of now, there is no system in place for obtaining approval from EPFO.
