Ex-Employer Demanding Notice Period Recovery Despite Agreed Early Release – What Should I Do?

fresher101
My ex-employer is asking for a notice period recovery amount. I left the organization in June 2022 after serving a 1-month notice out of the 3-month total notice period. I requested an early release on health grounds, which they agreed to, subject to the payment of the training bond amount of Rs. 1 Lakh.

After 91 days of leaving, when I inquired about my Full and Final settlement, they informed me about the recovery amount, stating that it was mentioned verbally and in chat. They have now withheld my 1-month salary (the notice period served) and are demanding more.

Multiple email exchanges have only led to a stalemate.

Please find attached my early release email, recovery amount document, the current ongoing email communication, and the company screenshot of the agreement.

I kindly request your assistance as I am still unwell and in dire need of help.

When I joined the organization, my contract stated a 2-month notice period. They have forcibly imposed a 3-month notice period on all employees at all levels somewhere between mid-2021 to mid-2022.
