Is My Office Schedule Compliant with Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act? Seeking Advice

Dear Experts, I am running my office from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, working 8 hours a day with a break of 1 hour. The break is split into three times: a 15-minute morning coffee break, a 30-minute lunch break, and a 15-minute evening coffee break. Additionally, I have the 2nd and 4th Saturdays as holidays and other Saturdays as half-day working from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm with a 15-minute morning coffee break. All Sundays are holidays. Please clarify if this schedule complies with the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishment Act. Thank you in advance for your time and advice.

Since the spread over (time including the intervals of rest) is not more than 10 hours and 30 minutes, and the actual working time is 8 hours, this is okay with reference to the law.
