Facing Suspension Revocation: Can I Secure an NOC to Join Another Bank?

I am working at PSU Bank and have been suspended from service for 10 months. A fake gold loan was sanctioned by me by mistake, but all recovery has been completed, and no financial loss has been reported. After 10 months, my suspension was revoked, and a memorandum was issued, to which I have already submitted a reply.

As a matter of principle and settled law, resignation is not accepted when disciplinary action is pending. Most organizations have a provision in this regard in their Disciplinary Rules. The position needs to be checked with respect to your bank. When disciplinary action is pending, the priority is to finish it off; otherwise, an accused employee may avoid disciplinary action by simply resigning.
