Terminated from my previous employment (MNC) because of BGV failure

Shalini001
I was terminated from my previous employment (MNC) because of BGV failure. They didn't give me a relieving letter or an experience letter.
In my next job, they will definitely ask me for the relieving letter. I have payslips, Income tax proofs, emails, and OfferLetter to prove my employment. But they will ask for experience or relieving letter also, what can I do?
Also, if my new employer calls my previous employer to validate my employment, will they come to know that I was terminated due to BGV failure.

Hi,

Before your new employer verify with your past employer better you disclose about the reason for exit with the past employer.

How long you served with the past MNC and they should have issued some termination letter ?

I worked for 6months and yes, they issued the termination letter. If I disclose this that I got terminated due to my BG check failure, will any company hire me ?

Hi,

What is the reason for BGV failure ? I hope you have not indulged in act of misconduct or violated the company norms. If so no need to worry about sharing the BGV failure.

If you failed BGV in previous job, then it is logical to assume you will fail BGV in the next job as they will find the same problem.

You need to get that sorted first and foremost.
