Changes in pay cycle - please share any letter format or mail format to inform employees

Hi Team,

There are new changes in my company related to the pay cycle. Earlier, it was 1-30th, and now this is changing to 25-24th. Can anyone please share any letter format or mail format to inform employees? Due to these new changes, employees will get 5 days less salary.

The salary pay cycle is for the convenience of processing the salary and crediting it at an early date (at the start of the month).

The 25th to 24th pay cycle does not mean that the employee will receive a reduced salary. The employee will continue to receive their full month's salary only. The only difference is that any leave or leave without pay (LWP) taken by the employee after the salary cut-off date will be reflected in the next salary cycle.
