Legal Documents for Subcontractors: What Do I Need to Submit to the Principal Employer?

Sir, Good morning. I have engaged a contractor for a pellet plant job execution named SGS, and he has also engaged a subcontractor named Industrial Agency. Legal Documents Required Legal documents for third-party submission to the principal employer are required. Kindly help.

It reveals from the post that "I" means Principal Employer, Contractor is SGS, and Sub-contractor is "Industrial Agency." If that is so, the Principal Employer may issue Form-V to the Sub-contractor to obtain a license if required. The Sub-contractor will maintain all documents related to the engagement of workers and other staff through its payroll, and the Principal Employer will check the compliance with the help of the Contractor every month before processing the invoice.
