Hi, I have 5 years of experience in an HR profile as an HR Generalist. Due to some personal problems, I took a career break. But now, I want to restart my professional career. I am getting calls from good companies, but because of the 4-year career gap, companies are not considering my profile. Could anyone suggest what I should do next to restart my professional career?
