Yes, it is the same as other employees in addition to this:
1) Welfare Facilities:
There should be a separate changing room and restroom as welfare facilities as per the Factory and Shop Act.
2) Creche Facilities:
There should be a creche if crossing the limit. In Maharashtra, the limit is 30. It may change as per the new labor code, so please check your state limit.
3) Sanitary Facilities:
Availability of sanitary napkins and an incinerator for disposal. Nowadays, vending machines are available in the market, or you can find refilling and maintenance agencies on Google.
4) Awareness Training:
It is useful to provide awareness training about maternity benefits.
5) Transport Facilities:
If working in shifts, there is a need to provide transport with a lady security guard.
