Final withdrawal of EPF fund - Claim Rejected DATE OF EXIT DIFFER WITH RECEIVED CONTRIBUTION

Retired on 31.03.2021 at the age of 58 Years. My EPF contribution was done by my employer up to 30.04.20219 (One month extra). They updated EPF service History as DOE EPF 31/03/2021 and DOES EPS 23/03/2021. Now my claim is being rejected saying as Claim Rejected DATE OF EXIT DIFFER WITH RECEIVED CONTRIBUTION. And Claim Rejected WARNING-520464 THERE IS MISMATCH BETWEEN SUMMARY AND DETAIL TRANSACTIONS IN MEMBER LEDGER. Employer not doing anything. Need support.

Your problem should be solved by your employer. If employer is not acting, you personally visit to your PF office and explain the problem. There is possibility that employer may be instructed by PF office to act properly.

I am also facing issue of the withdrawal being rejected with this same message "Claim Rejected WARNING-520464 THERE IS MISMATCH BETWEEN SUMMARY AND DETAIL TRANSACTIONS IN MEMBER LEDGER. KINDLY". Now what is this issue I don't know. What is this summary & detail transactions who is going to coorect it. My last organiztion which is already in NCLT its HR has no clue??

I believe that your actual date of retirement is 23-03-2021 and that is why date of exit in EPS is put as 23-3-2021. That is not wrong. It should be like that only. Regarding PF, you can contribute to FP even now if you are still in service because for PF there is no age restrictions for contributions. Therefore, if your employer had contributed one month extra they should have put the date of exit as 30-4-2021. Then it should have been fine. But they have exited you on 31st March instead of 30th April. This has to be corrected. I believe that the employer cannot correct it online but can do it from the PF office. The employer has to take a call and write a letter to PF and get it corrected. Since the employer has paid April month contribution, it is enough to establish that you had worked till 30th April 2021.

As suggested earlier it should be done easily by your employer and approach PF office personally. If your employer is not responding promptly and not easy for you to reach PF local office, alternatively....take a screenshot wherein your aforesaid message is displayed ..... upload it through EPFiGMS option (you can find in left corner under services in PF web site) , give a brief description of your problem in 500 words and fallow all further guidance given by the PF office.
