Below 21000/- salary employees are only 5nos, so please suggest ESI registration is required or not?

We have 25 employees and below 21000/- salary employees are only 5nos, so please suggest ESI registration is required or not?

Yes You should have to follow and Register!
All the establishments covered under the ESIC Act and all factories that employ more than 10 employees and pay wages below Rupees-21000 per month (Rs. 25,000 for employees with Disability) must register with the ESIC and contribute towards the ESIC.
