Hi, I have a doubt i.e., Statutory assignments like EPF, ESI, PT, etc statutory works fall under HR Dept or Accounts Dept?

Yes Definitely-HR Dept.
HR Department is handling all these things i.e PF ESIC PT & Labour Welfare Fund. Account Department is only responsible for payment Processing.
