Hello, I want to know, are we supposed to issue an Appointment Letter/Letter of Employment Confirmation to Class 4 or labor-class employees? What do the guidelines say, and what is right as per the law? Please advise.
What is the difference between Class IV employees and managerial persons? Nothing. If you hire a laborer, you should issue them an appointment order with the terms and conditions applicable to them.
