Date of stamp paper Vs Execution of agreement Vs duration of re

Hi..

Rental agreement expired on 30 September 22 and it has not been renewed and now it is required to be renewed. The questions are :

1. Stamp paper date is 15 November 22 and can the agreement be executed as back dated
2. whether duration of Rental period can be from 01 Oct 22 for a period of 11 months.
