Hello, Yesterday, I was working when suddenly I received a call from my company's HR informing me that I don't need to work with the organization anymore. They mentioned that they are prepared to provide me with the compensation amount. I joined the organization on 11th April and worked until 15th November. When you post a query, it is better to include all details. Without knowing your notice period, salary, etc., how will anyone work out the compensation? The best thing, of course, is to ask your HR how much compensation they are offering and the breakdown of the same.
