Hi all, What is the minimum number of workmen for whom a labor license is required to be obtained for doing central government works? What is the minimum number of workmen for whom a labor license is required to be obtained for doing state government's works? Please share.

Hello, in reference to the above subject, every contractor employing 20 or more workers in any establishment, or who has employed 20 or more workers on any day of the preceding 12 months, is required to obtain a license for each such establishment.
