If the Contract Labor is engaged at Factory, then OT wages is as per Factories Act. If engaged at any Shops / Establishment, then as per S&E Act of the State.
It is at double the rate if the contract labor works for more than 9 hours per day or more than 48 hours per week which ever is in favor of the labor.
