First, go through the service rule of the Company and check what is mentioned about Gratuity and its entitlement, if entitlement of Gratuity is matched with your case, then you will be eligible. Otherwise, write an email/letter to your employer and ask about the eligibility in your case as the Employer is asked to resign.
