As per the minimum wages set by the Gram Panchayat in Maharashtra for semi-skilled workers, the breakdown is as follows:

- Basic: 13000
- Dearness Allowance (DA): 7070
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): 1004
Total: 21074/-

Could you please confirm if PF and ESIC are applicable in this case?
