Short Leave Dilemma: How Do You Manage Time Off with a 10 to 6:30 Schedule?

Hi, please help. Company timings are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. What are the timings for a short leave?

Hi, what do you mean by short leave? Total work hours are 8.30. Any employee working for 4 hours can be considered for half a day present. Less than 4 hours can be considered as leave. Anything more than 7 hours can be considered as a full day present.

Anyone who leaves the office at 5 is on a short leave. Similarly, those who come in the morning at 12 are also considered on short leave.
