Please, can someone forward me the Employee Bond Format that binds the employee to stay with the company for at least one year? In case the employee leaves without notice, they would need to pay for the same.
It is a critical condition to stay for one year on a bond basis. If expenses, training, etc., are provided for long-term goals, you can mention them in the appointment/contract form and proceed accordingly.
