Handling Fake Educational Documents: What Steps Can HR Take When Employees Deny Responsibility?

Dear HR, One of our employees submitted fake educational documents (Fresher). Somehow, our BGV team found it. The employee is not accepting responsibility. What action can be taken against him? Please suggest.

Forgery and Trust
It is an act of forgery. You may terminate that particular employee as he/she has tarnished the trust of the employer.
