NAME MISMATCH ISSUES IN PF TRANSFER, REMITTANCE DUE TO AADHAR AND PAN

Hi Respected Members,

Is there any recent official circular from EPFO regarding Name of new employee must be same in Aadhar Card and PAN card to enrollment or transfer of PF account?

What if employee already linked Aadhar with PAN but have different spelling of Name in Aadhar and PAN , is it will create problem/error in enrollment/PF transfer or PF Remittance by Employer.

Please help.
