I am working as an HR in a pharmacy company. It's nice that you are starting an employee club. For this, the person who is local to the office location and has a good knowledge of local places or offices would be better eligible to become the coordinator for the employee club.

I am planning to have one volunteer from each team to formalize the club for my company. This way, I will try to synchronize the teams. Indirectly, all the teams will be involved in this.

I am planning to form a "CLUB" with volunteers from all the teams of my company. Together, they will look into company picnics, arranging promotional apparel like T-shirts, caps, bags, gifts with the company logo, organizing awards and rewards, recreational activities, assisting management in designing strategies and policies, and creating the company's mission statement.
