Club Activities

Dear All,
I am planning to start our company club who will look after Staff Welfare activities like arranging Picnics, Seminars, Dinner Parties,Award Ceremonies.. !!!
Your real time experience in these activities will Help me out !!!

Its nice that u r starting a employee club,
for this the person who is local to the office location, the employee who have well local knowledge of places or offices can better eligible to become coordinator for the employee club..

I am planning to have 1 volunteer from each team to fomalize the Club for my company this way I will try to syncronize the Teams....!!!
Indirectly all the teams will be involved in this.

I am planning to form "CLUB" with volunteers from all the teams..... of my company ...........jointly they will look into Company picnics, arranging promotional apparels like (T-shirt, Caps, Bags, Gifts with Company Logo), arranging for Awards & Rewards, Recreational activities, Helping management in designing Strategies and policies, Designing Company's Mission statement
