Hi, Please help. I want to write an email stating that starting from next month, all Saturdays will be off, and casual leave (CL) will be limited to only one day after nine months, except for the Mundo team and night team.

Hi, why is CL applicability only after 9 months?

No, actually, the thing is we will change the rule to provide 2 CL after the completion of 9 months. The policy has been updated to provide all Saturdays off, but now we will only give 1 CL.
