Hi, If someone gets terminated due to compliance issues can we try in the same company after 10 years? Also having a relieving letter from the employer.
That depends on the particular Company's rehiring policy.
Some companies don't hire employees who were terminated by them. Some companies will consider even terminated employee for rehiring due to project requirement. So you should post this question to that particular company's HR.
