Letter regarding reduce pension non resident of india no bank adhaar

I need a letter requesting to PF commissioner regarding reduce no need pension to dependent daughter who is non resident of India didn't have any bank Adhar in india .
Anybody know's how to write letter please reply me.

If there is no Adhar, the EPFO will automatically the EPS very soon, if they have not done it already. KYC of the beneficiary is necessary for EPS payment.

Need a request letter to PF commissioner stating that don't need pension to beneficiary kyc is not there in India because she is non resident of India now she is staying in Nepal.
