Hi all, Kindly suggest. One of the employees (who is under a bond with us for 2 years) took a leave for two weeks, citing poor health. He continued his absence for another month without providing any medical documentation. Subsequently, he has not been responding to calls or emails. What action can we take against him?

In the absence of security checks and only having the bond in hand, you cannot perform any miracle. You can proceed with an advocate notice and civil proceedings, but all of these will be time-consuming and involve costs. If the employee moves from that address, then letters will bounce back.
