How Do I Write an Engaging Email for Our Diwali Party on October 18th?

Hi, please help. I want to write an email for the Diwali party on 18th Oct 2022. All employees have to come at 9:30 am, and at 1 pm, we can start the party.

Hi, I also want to add one more thing. Ethnic wear is a must at the Diwali party. If you are not wearing it, then a fine of Rs 500 will be imposed.

Firstly, the 18th is a working day. If the company follows a uniform for work, then relaxation should be given. Secondly, bringing family and kids is also a priority. Thirdly, add an attendance card. Give the Serial No. of employees as per your list:
