How Can We Boost Telecaller Skills and Sales Conversion in a Startup Setting?

Hi, I have joined a startup organization. Here, no training is planned for the development of telecallers. Can you please advise on what training should be conducted for the underperformers to enhance their skills and improve call conversion rates into sales?

How can you term somebody as an underperformer? Have you set any benchmarks? Are there any performance indicators or measurement criteria? You should have a strong training system and make the newcomers aware of these benchmarks, give them inputs, collect customer ratings of the telecallers, and then identify who has performed well or otherwise.

Hi, take the inputs from their technical superior. First of all, find out the areas where training is required, such as accent or soft skills training.

For new joiners/trainees
You can provide training through mock call sessions, recorded voice calls of seniors, etc.
