Manager Demanding Notice Period Extension: How Should I Handle This Situation?

Hi, I have almost completed my notice period; only one week is pending now. However, my manager asked me to extend my notice period until the 21st. As I was living in a different city, I had already left the rental house and returned home. Just one week before, he asked me to extend my period. When I denied, he requested me to prepare a lot of paperwork from the past two years, which will surely take more than a week to complete.
