My question is ESIC and PF deposit on labour expense but our business is saree & lehnga firm. But our firm book labour expense only parcel loading unloading / internal stock transferred by labour/building repair labour payment.
I presume you are asking whether need to pay PF/ESI for Laborers who do the work of loading /unloading. So how you are considering them ? Whether as daily wages or monthly salary is paid to them ?
