Struggling to Access Professional Tax Login in Ahmedabad: How Can We Resolve This?

Hi, We have a small office in Ahmedabad with 2 staff members. We are registered under professional tax, but the consultant did not share any login details with us, and his mobile number is updated with the department. Now, we are unable to get login details from the consultant, and our staff also visited the PT office but did not get any positive response.

Kindly advise on how we can retrieve or obtain login details and make professional tax payments.

This is a common issue, which is why you should never agree to let the login and credentials be under the control of someone outside your organization. The IT department is notorious for its lack of response, so you may need to find a new consultant to complete this task. They will know the right people to contact and help change the credentials. I know this because I have submitted five letters in three years, requesting changes that never occurred (the contact number provided was an old mobile number that had been discontinued...), and a consultant took care of it for me instead.
