Leaving a company without serving notice in offroll

Dear All,

I did join a company before 2 months in offroll. But i mentally suffering in the workplace some uncomfortable things. I Decided to left the company soon without serving Notice period. If there will be face any hectic my scenario?.

If you are willing to forego your salary/allowance ad F&F dues, I do not think, you have to face any other hectic things.. Similarly, you should not include this short service in your CV.

It depends. In a way it would be better to leave the Company instead of doing a work out of compulsion without interest. However my suggestion is that why not you can communicate your dis interest to continue in the form of resignation ? At time some employers /Contractor will not insist for proper notice considering the less service period and also considering the cost factor involved for you during notice period. It depends on your role and responsibility with the Company.

Please note that the Company / Contractor will not consider you for rehire if you leave them without information. You need to forget your settlement and experience /relieving certificate as well.

Although, I'm not signed appointment letter.
But i confused, whether employee can send show case notice if i not serving notice or pay lieu the salary for NP.
I only signed offer letter which not mentioned in above statement in offer.

Leaving the organization without serving notice period also shows bad impression on employee when he joins another organization. Also creates unnecessary trouble to settle PF & other final dues. So it is always better to serve notice period or get the official acknowledgement(Stamp & sign) on resignation letter.
