Hi,

Why you left without giving proper and handing over your responsibilities ? What action Employer can initiate is secondary please don't do so in future.

With regard to disciplinary action from employer end we are not sure of your employment terms:

Whether worked as a Trainee and signed Training Agreement and your nature of training involves monetary cost for the employer ?

Whether signed Indemnity Bond along with some security cheques.

or

Just signed a normal tenure based appointment letter for stipulated period ?

If you had signed only normal appointment letter the maximum your employer can do is to serve your warning letter followed by termination letter and they will blocklist you and will not consider for future rehiring. In case of any Background verification for your they will share that you left without information and was terminated.

Otherwise there will not be any major consequences.

Hence please stick on to a policy that you will get relieved from any employer properly after serving notice period and not without any information.
