Balancing Punctuality and Flexibility: How Can We Relax Office Timings for Our Staff?

Hello, I'm from a manufacturing unit. I have implemented a late-coming policy that works very well. Still, now I want to give some flexibility in office timings. So what type of relaxation can we provide to our staff—suggest to me.

As for being 15 minutes late, coming and going is allowed a maximum of 3 days in a month, subject to reporting and boss approval. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
