Hello, I'm from a Manufacturing unit, I have implemented a late-coming policy that works very well. Still, now I want to give some flexibility in office timings. So what type of relaxation can we provide to our staff—suggest to me.
as 15 mints late coming and late going maximum 3 days in month.
Like reporting boss approval etc.
