Factory expansion - Necessary approvals in a village in Tamil Nadu

Dear Professionals, We are a factory located in a village in Tamil Nadu. Now we are going for expansion inside the same premises. Please suggest whether the below-mentioned Govt office approvals are enough or if anything is pending.

1. Local Panchayat
2. DISH
3. TNPCB
4. Fire service
5. DTCP

Also pls suggest can we go for single window system to obtain these approvals.
