Moving to an MNC: Should I Include Work Experience Before Clearing My Backlogs?

Hi, I am from the 2013-2017 BTech batch. I had backlogs in 2017, and after three years, in 2020, I cleared them. In the meantime, for three years, I worked as an SAP ABAP consultant. My previous company allowed me to work even though I had backlogs. Now, I want to move to an MNC because I have cleared my backlogs. Should they consider my previous experience, or should I only mention the experience after clearing the backlogs? Can an MNC accept me?

Hi, it depends on the employer and the demand for the skill set you have. If you are planning to join as a fresher, then most MNCs in the current year prefer batches with good scores. If you are planning to join an MNC using your previous experience, then project the amount of knowledge you have gained from your previous experience rather than focusing on any backlog.
