Background Verification: Is It Necessary to Share All Bank Transaction Details with My Employer?

Elite
My company wants the last three months' bank statements. I can provide the bank statement with only the salary amount credited details. I will hide the details of other transactions. Do they need to see all the details of my transactions?

Hi, normally, employers will be specific about your salary credit entry only and will not consider other transactions. However, ensure that the statement is downloaded through net banking, preferably in PDF format, with details of your bank account at the top. Submitting it with other entries/transactions will further prove its genuineness.

Dear concern, You should be transparent in your details for background verification. If it is found by your employer that you have hidden information, they can terminate you immediately. Salary Details Salary details are a sensitive issue; hence, provide them with each and every document/information. Don't be afraid about that.

Hello Rahul, I will share the original bank statement. I'm not hiding my salary bank statement. I just want to hide all my other transactions because I don't want to disclose my transaction habits. Will this create a problem?
