If your establishment is covered by ESI Schemes and the worker's salary is not more than Rs 21,000, he will be covered by ESI. In respect of employees covered by ESI, you need not take any other policy to cover injuries, accidents, and deaths during the course of employment as required under the Workmen Compensation Act.
