Factories vs. Shops: Does Using Packing Machines Make a Difference?

How to differentiate factories, shops, and establishments. If our company is using packing machines, will it come under factories?

If the number of employees is 10 or more, and power is being used (in this case, a packaging machine) in a factory, it qualifies as a factory. Even if the number of employees is less than 10, it still qualifies as a factory. However, a factory license will not be required if nothing different has been specified in the State Factory Rule.
