Bank Account Rejected in PF Due to Name Mismatch: How Can I Resolve This Without Employer Approval?

I got my bank account rejected in PF due to a name mismatch with bank records. I added new bank details that have the same name as in the PF records. However, I marked an exit for the previous employer, and now I have no employer to approve my new bank account. Please suggest.

Are you currently not working? If you are not employed anywhere, then your employer is authorized to approve your bank KYC because the employer is your current employer, not your previous employer.

It is a technical backend problem from the EPFO Department, with the objection of a name mismatch. However, to resolve this problem, please change your bank account and add a new bank account instead of the old one.
