Planning Our First College Recruitment Drive: What Should We Include in the Form?

Dear All, Our organization is planning to have a placement drive in colleges. This is the first time we will do it. Kindly share your ideas on what should be included in the form. Additionally, we are considering adding a QR code for form submission. Thank you in advance!

Hi, First, identify potential colleges based on good scores. Talk to the Placement Officer and communicate your requirements. Discuss with your Technical Team to determine the qualifying percentage of marks until the last semester to be eligible for the test. Plan for the written test and Group Discussion (if necessary) based on your Company's requirements. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation and deliver it at the college before the test begins. Be ready to issue offer letters on the spot for selected students.
