Hi, I got an offer from TCS and received a link from BGC for permanent address verification. I am currently at my job location, while my parents reside at the permanent address. Unfortunately, they are not tech-savvy and are unable to complete the verification process.

I have reached out via email to BGC and my HR, inquiring about any alternative solutions, but as of yet, I have not received any response from them. I am concerned about the potential consequences if the BGC check does not pass. Will TCS cancel my offer or provide an alternative solution?
