Worried About Background Checks? Can Joining Letter and Bank Statement Prove Employment?

I have no full and final settlement, salary slip, and experience letter. My last company was too small, and HR didn't provide any documents. However, I have a proper joining letter, bank statement, and PF statement. Is it sufficient to prove my employment status? Will it create any issues during background verification?

A company that is too small to issue a relieving letter or service certificate may not respond to background verification queries. If you are confident in the employer you are joining, there is no need to worry. Discuss any concerns with the employer; they may not opt for background verification.
